- 2 cup(s) Riced Cauliflower
- 1.5 cup(s) Grated Parmesan
- 2 teaspoon(s) Ranch Seasoning Powder
- 1 dash(es) Pepper
Ranch Cauliflower Chips Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F . Line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray.
- Place riced cauliflower in a medium microwave safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir, and microwave again for another minute more. Transfer cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Put riced cauliflower back into bowl.
- Add parmesan and ranch seasoning. Add pepper to taste.
- Using a tablespoon scoop cauliflower mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Use back of spoon to flatten into a circle. Leave 1" space in between each cracker.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until golden around the edges. Let crackers cool completely before removing from baking sheet.
- Serve with your favorite Walden Farms Dipping Sauce!
- Makes 15 Ranch Chips- 5 Chips per Serving
