- 0.25 cup(s) plus 2 tbsp Walden Farms Ketchup
- 2 teaspoon(s) Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 0.5 small onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon(s) extra virgin olive oil
- 1.33 pound(s) extra lean ground turkey
- 0.5 cup(s) crushed ITG Sour Cream & Fine Herb Zippers
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon(s) thyme
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
Turkey Meatloaf Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine 2 tbsp of ketchup with soy sauce.
- Sautee olive oil and onion on low until onions are translucent. Remove from heat.
- In a bowl, mix turkey, onion, Sour Cream & Fine Herb Zippers, egg, 1/4 cup of Walden Farms ketchup, salt/pepper and thyme. Place into loaf pan or shape into loaf and place on baking pan. Spoon sauce over the top.
- Bake uncovered for 60 minutes, check that internal temperature is at least 165 degrees. Remove from oven and allow to sit for 5 minutes before slicing.
